10 interesting things i learned about Greece

  1. the Trojan war is the subject of the Iliad
  2. Athens was the birthplace of democracy, drama, and philosophy
  3. Sparta and Athens were in a 27 year war
  4. early Greeks are known as Mycenaean’s  
  5. they had Hellenistic culture which combined Greek with Egyptian, Persian, and Indian influences
  6. Alexander the great united Greece and Persian and Egypt and parts of India for one great empire
  7. the 27 year long war was called the Peloponnesian war
  8. Aesop was thought to have been a slave
  9. men continued to serve in the military till they were 60
  10. at age 7 little boys would be sent to military school

    You are getting there, Tyler! Please capitalize "I" and crank up to formal English with all conventions. Your thinking is too good not to have it communicated well.

    Also, check on your Psalm 23 image. You might want to insert another one since the one you chose isn't working.

    Also, remember the library is open before school and after school until 5:00 pm if you need a computer - (I know you work, but maybe on a day off...)

    Lastly, you need to put one image for each of the 10 items about the Greeks.
